Homespun shamanic ambience from the obscure and underrated Russian act. Reminds of the deeply organic approach of Alio Die, but with the improvised, natural sporadicness of peak electro-ambient COIL work. Speaks of a deep Karelian undercurrent, harkening back to the days when pagan Slavs and Uralic shamans shared the same fungal-forest medicine cabinets.
